I’m Roero’s star white grape, loved for centuries by both farmers and birds!
Local farmers have cherished me for centuries in the Langhe and Roero areas. Birds can’t resist my sweet grapes! My name, “Arneis,” means naughty child-perfectly suited to my tricky nature, as I can be a handful to grow!
Let me introduce myself: my berries? Yellow-green and small.
Where do I thrive? I grow in Piedmont, especially in the Roero, Langhe and Asti wine districts, but also in Sardinia!
Here I give my best: in the Roero, no doubt!
